TiShira Hills is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Hills Credentialing Group, bringing nearly a decade of provider enrollment and credentialing expertise along with executive leadership experience managing multi-state healthcare operations. Throughout her career, she has overseen provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, compliance initiatives, audit preparation, and practice growth strategies across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors. She has supported healthcare organizations nationwide and managed enrollment operations spanning 40 states.

 

Before launching Hills Credentialing Group, TiShira served in senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Network Operations & Contracting and Senior Director of Provider Enrollment, where she led credentialing teams, optimized enrollment workflows, maintained audit readiness, and partnered directly with healthcare executives to support organizational growth. She previously owned and operated a credentialing consulting firm, helping providers and organizations navigate complex enrollment and operational challenges.

 

With an M.S. in Healthcare Administration and a clinical foundation, TiShira brings a unique blend of operational strategy and frontline healthcare insight to every client engagement. Her passion is helping practices launch, scale, and thrive by ensuring providers are credentialed, contracted, compliant, and revenue-ready.
